No queremos dejar de insitir en que guarden el día 28 de Diciembre para asistir a la edición Décimo séptima del Recital Chilango Andalu, entre otras cosas porque la poeta chilanga-chicana Zelene Suchilt será parte, viene desde USA y presentará un proyecto impresionante.

Borrowing from the life cycles of the Monarch butterfly and natural phenomena, poet and filmmaker, Zelene Suchilt, weaves together the themes of sexuality, immigration, mental health, global warming and of coming of age in her debut poetry collection. Music for Butterflies is an exploration of violence, beauty, resilience, love and rebirth through the eyes of a woman who lived the undocumented experience and found her voice by forging bridges through art and activism.
