You are invited to an evening of poetry and song to celebrate the UK launch of Pueblo de Piedras (Village of Stones), a bilingual book of poetry by Brian Lee, brilliantly translated into Spanish by José Manuel Camacho.

The book is published by Editorial Ultramarina of Seville with illustrations by Rafa Prada, and it’s in cartonera format – each copy is unique, the cover being made of recycled cardboard and handpainted by young Spanish artist Rosa Beiroa – as well as in digital format available online.

The evening will be presented by the publisher, Iván Vergara and will consist of poems in English and Spanish read by the author and translator as well as songs from the book sung by Claudia van Buren. So come and listen and experience, enjoy the refreshments and buy a book!
